Rates

Our most current availability and promotions including booking policies and rates can be found on our availability calendar. Online reservations are accepted 24 hours per day. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, most of our cabins have a 7 night minimum except for our Lakefront Studios which have a 4 night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum, for Sunday through Tuesday check-in. We also allow less than minimum night stays when you take all nights within a "GAP" on the calendar. Outside of the Summer Season, 2 nights is the absolute minimum excluding holidays and event weeks which have greater minimum night stays.

Family reunion accommodations currently for up to 44. Some pet friendly units are available Please see our Pet Friendly Page. We have several homes that have private pools. All cabins are non-smoking. We offer a "Best Rate Promo" if you find a comparable cabin at a lower rate, we will do our best to beat that rate!
Booking Policies

1 Night Deposit with Credit Card, not debit card. (If you only have a debit card, please call the office to discuss our alternate booking policy.) Signed Terms and Conditions and 21 Day Final Payment to complete the booking. No Check-In Required. Go directly to cabin with key-code and directions supplied by office after completion of paperwork.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OUTSIDE OF 21 DAYS IS SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION CHARGE OF 5% OF DEPOSIT (usually based on 1 night’s rate). CANCELLATIONS 21 DAYS TO 14 DAYS are subject to loss of one night's deposit. 13 TO 1 DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL ARE SUBJECT TO LOSS OF 50% of RENTAL FEE (UNLESS WE RE-BOOK THOSE DATES). HIGH SEASON Cancellation within 14 days of any holiday or any date June, July and August is subject to 75% of booking unless unit is re-booked by another guest. Cancellations on day of arrival and NO SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO 100% cancellation fee of entire booking.
