Matt Butler has made the North Georgia Mountains his home
for over 20 years and he's here to help you find your dream
home in this beautiful area. Whether you're looking for
acreage, river or lake frontage to build your dream home on,
a secluded valley home ideal for the equestrian lover,
vacation property or rental, or a family home in town, the
choices are endless in the North Georgia Area.
Growing up in Oregon, Matt moved to Fannin County, Georgia
after his stint in the US Navy, where he was stationed in
Jacksonville, Florida. After his discharge from the Navy,
Matt was eager to find a place of mountain life and Fannin
County, Georgia was just the place.
Matt brought his custom home building craftsmanship from
Oregon to the North Georgia area. He owns and operates his
own business, MC Butler Construction. Matt is very well
known for his quality work with the great detail and unique
finish work in the homes he builds. |

Matt's work is so valued, that many of his clients enjoy the
opportunity to show off MC Butler homes to their friends,
who then become Matt's future clients.
In addition to selling real estate and building custom
cabins and homes, Matt and his wife Misti, own and manage
Mountain Getaway Cabin Rentals of Blue Ridge. The cabins in
their rental program are selected properties in prime
locations with mountain views, on or near rivers, creeks &
lakes.
So, whether you are looking to purchase a home for your
family, buy land to build your dream home, or invest in
prime Mountain real estate, Matt can help with it all. With
Matt being a specialist to the area, and Misti a native to
Fannin County, they can provide valuable information with a
no hassle working relationship.
There are many reasons why Blue Ridge, GA & the North
Georgia Mountain region has become a popular vacation
destination. The area has been recognized in several
magazines. In 2002, Smart Money Magazine selected Blue Ridge
as one of the top five places in the country to buy vacation
homes. Below is their quote: |
|
"Instead of going down to overcrowded Orlando or the
Florida Keys, some folks from Atlanta are heading to North
Georgia. Why is this town a choice retreat? No worries about
overdevelopment ? 42% of Fannin County is owned by the
National Forest Service. After hiking the Appalachian
mountain trails, head to the 100-year-old downtown to
furnish your new house at the antique stores and galleries.
Two-bedroom cabins in the woods start at $150,000. Prices
climb to over $400,000 for a house on several acres or for
one closer to the river or Blue Ridge Lake."
